Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Dahab Core. If something here doesn't work for you, write to us before booking and we'll see what we can do.

The site is for personal, non‑commercial use. Don't scrape, automate enquiries, or use the content to train any model. Photos and copy belong to Dahab Core.

We describe each apartment as accurately as we can. Photos are recent. Prices, amenities, and availability can change — the price you see at the moment you confirm is the one we honour.

Filling out the booking form is an enquiry, not a confirmation. Your dates are tentatively held for 48 hours while Nagy reviews. When you receive a confirmation email from nagy@dahabcore.com, the booking is final.

Most stays are paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 7 days before check‑in. Larger groups or peak season may require a deposit — we'll tell you up front.

We sync with Airbnb daily. There's a small window during which dates may appear available here but already be booked elsewhere — that's why every booking is reviewed manually before confirmation.

Everything on this site (photos, the Dahab Guide, Nagy's tips) is ours. You can link to a page — please don't republish a whole guide without asking.

Dahab is a small Egyptian town with desert‑country power and water. Outages, delivery delays, slow wifi nights, and sandstorms are part of the experience. We do our best; we can't guarantee everything works perfectly every minute.

Subject to applicable law, Dahab Core isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your stay. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute that we can't resolve over WhatsApp goes to the courts of South Sinai.
