Our default is moderate — flexible enough that plans can change, fair enough that last‑minute cancellations don't leave us with empty weeks.

Cancel 7 or more days before check‑in
100% refund

Cancel 3 to 7 days before check‑in

Cancel within 72 hours of check‑in

Per‑apartment overrides
Some apartments — typically the larger ones during peak season — switch to a strict policy (no refund within 14 days). Some flip to flexible during low season (full refund up to 24 hours). The policy that applies is the one shown on your booking confirmation.
How to cancel
Write to nagy@dahabcore.com or message Nagy on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 7 business days through the same channel you used to pay.
Things outside everyone's control
If we have to cancel from our side (flooding, the chamber going offline, a sandstorm closing the airport for several days) you get a full refund — or a date swap, if that suits you better.
