Dahab Core

Meet your host

Twelve years and counting.

I moved to Dahab in 2014. I came for a week of diving and stayed. Twelve years later I run Dahab Core — three apartments by the sea, two streets from the dive boats, ten minutes from the Lagoon if you walk slow.

Hosting, for me, is a continuation of how Dahab welcomed me. I want guests to settle in the way I did: a cold drink waiting, the AC on, a list of restaurants where I actually eat, the WhatsApp of the guy who fixes the scooter when the carburetor gives up. None of it scaled. All of it personal.

If you're coming for the first time, write me before you book. I'll tell you which apartment fits your trip — Marina if you dive every morning, Lighthouse if you write at night, Lagoon if you want to feel like a neighbour.

Hosting, for me, is a continuation of how Dahab welcomed me.
